Shipping Policy

Destinations and processing

We offer domestic and international shipping where carrier service is available and the destination is supported at checkout. In-stock orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Dispatch is primarily on Tuesdays and Fridays, with additional dispatches on other business days when available. Holidays, custom orders and backorders may require more time.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum order amount and no coupon required. Carrier service and delivery timing depend on the destination. Import duties, local taxes, brokerage and customs-clearance charges are not shipping charges and may remain payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need expedited delivery or special handling; any optional service and its cost require your agreement in advance.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery estimates depend on the selected carrier and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. When dispatched, an email will provide shipment details and any available tracking. Carrier delays, severe weather and customs inspections can extend transit times. Contact us if a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged so we can help investigate.

International orders

Unless explicitly included at checkout, import duties, local taxes, brokerage and customs-clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Charges are assessed by destination authorities. Refused or unclaimed shipments may incur actual return shipping and customs costs, subject to applicable law.

Address changes and backorders

Contact us promptly about address changes or cancellation requests before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we will communicate the revised timing and available options. Items in one order may ship separately. No local courier or art-handling service is promised unless separately agreed.
