Returns & Exchanges

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, contact support@nguyencommerce.store within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Obtain written approval and a return number before shipping any item. Our approval message will identify the return address and any applicable charges.

Exchange or store credit

After inspection and approval, eligible change-of-mind returns receive an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. A restocking fee is generally 10% of the returned merchandise value; any variation must be disclosed before you agree to the return. Original shipping, return shipping, duties and taxes are generally not credited, except where required by law or where the issue is our responsibility. Exchange re-shipping costs will be quoted in advance.

Final-sale items

Discounted and final-sale merchandise, specialty orders, bulk orders and custom-made products are excluded from change-of-mind returns after confirmation and payment. Any final-sale restriction must be disclosed before purchase. These exclusions do not remove statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the item and packaging where available. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund as required by applicable law. We will assist with carrier claims rather than require you to waive your consumer rights.

Returning an approved item

Pack items carefully and use a trackable service. Keep proof of dispatch. Contact us if the return is delayed or damaged in transit. Your approval message will explain the inspection and credit or exchange process. If a payment refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
