Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026. These terms apply to nguyencommerce.store, operated by Nguyen Commerce. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Store use

You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement, or use the store with appropriate adult supervision. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Shipping, taxes and other disclosed charges are added where applicable before payment. Product images illustrate appearance; natural materials and handcrafted pieces may vary. Maker names identify their respective products and do not imply a separate endorsement of this store. Ask us for measurements or care details before ordering if they are important to your purchase.

Orders and payment

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise stated. We may contact you to resolve stock issues, obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has been paid, the affected payment will be refunded. No additional payment is taken without your agreement. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available.

Processing and delivery

In-stock orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays; dispatch is mainly Tuesdays and Fridays. Carrier service, destination and customs affect delivery. Read the Shipping Policy for rates, international charges and oversized-order arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and remedies

Read our Returns & Exchanges policy before ordering. Eligible change-of-mind requests must begin within 14 days from purchase and generally result in exchange or store credit, subject to disclosed fees. Final-sale and custom-order restrictions apply only as disclosed. Statutory rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain intact.

Intellectual property and external services

Website design and content belong to Nguyen Commerce or the respective rights holders. Product and maker trademarks remain the property of their owners. Use content only as allowed by the relevant rights holder and law. External service providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the store accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses connected with the affected order. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that the law protects, including rights relating to fraud, personal injury or defective goods where applicable.

Privacy, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms presented at purchase govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Contact customer care first so we can attempt to resolve concerns. Mandatory consumer laws and available remedies remain applicable; no compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed here.
